uncooked penne pasta

tablespoon olive oil
Portobello mushrooms
Portobello mushrooms

Alfredo sauce
fresh
grated Parmesan cheese

dried basil
Directions:
Cook linguini according to the package directions; drain and place in large pasta bowl. Sauté mushrooms in olive oil for 5 minutes turning so all sides are cooked. Add spinach and cook an additional 5 minutes. Add Alfredo sauce and herbs until heated through. Pour over pasta and mix gently. Garnish with Parmesan cheese. Serve warm or cold. 6 to 8 servings.
