Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl, combine all of the dry items. In a separate bowl, combine all the wet items then mix dry and wet ingredients until just moistened. Fold in raisins.

greased or paper-lined muffin cups half full. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sugar.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes
before removing to a wire rack. Serve warm. 6 servings.
