Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar. Add eggs vanilla and peppermint extract, beat well. Put flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder, then combine wet and dry ingredients thoroughly. Mix in the oats. Fold in chips and raisings. Drop generous spoonfuls of dough on un-oiled cookie sheet. Bake for about 12 minutes until golden brown. Store in sealed container. 2 dozen 1 inch cookies.
