R is for Rainbow Streamers

Materials Needed:
paper plates

rainbow colored streamers cut into 16 inch strips

glue

cotton balls

10 inches of ribbon or string

tape or stapler

Directions:
Cut paper plates in half. Tape or staple the ribbon or string to the middle of the round part of the plate.

Glue the streamers in rainbow order around the edge of the plate then glue the cotton balls onto the paper plate to make it look like a puffy cloud. Hang and enjoy!
