Ingredients:
½ pound
bread dough
olive oil for brushing
1 tablespoon finely grated Parmesan (optional for dairy free)

fresh or dried rosemary, chopped

Directions:
Preheat
oven to 375 degrees. Use parchment paper to line a cookie sheet.
Roll out
dough and cut into 8 x 8 inch square. Brush generously with olive oil and
sprinkle with as much or little cheese, salt, and herbs as you want.
Using a
pizza cutter or sharp knife, slice the dough into ¼ inch strips. Stretch the
strips into 4 inch lengths one on top of another in the shape of an “X”. Pinch
the middle just a bit so it stays together.
Bake the
bread sticks on the oven's center rack until they're golden brown, about 12
minutes. Let them cool completely before serving.
