Directions:
Boil
water and cook ziti according to package directions, set aside. Cook sausage
and onion in a medium-sized skillet until the sausage is thoroughly cooked and
no longer pink. Pour off the fat. Add zucchini and cook about 3 minutes.
Add the pasta sauce to the pan and heat to a boil. Serve over the cooked and drained ziti topped with grated Parmesan or mozzarella cheese. You can pre-make it and stick it in the fridge overnight then cook it at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. 4-6 servings.
