These days it's nearly impossible to have a job where you're not working within a team setting. Even if you're not assigned to a formal team, when you're working with clients, customers, and other co-workers you are acting as a team member working toward a common goal.  

Check out this little episode video I made to help you determine your and your teammates TEAM Style Preference so you can work together and not against each other.
