Workshop is for Middle school girls (grades 6-9) with disabilities.Middle school girls with disabilities, do you like to build, design, and create? Don’t miss this opportunity to learn the basics of using Scratch, an innovative free computer programming language that lets you program and share your own interactive stories, games, and animations. Join in the fun during this hands-on session led by volunteers from SciGirls, an Emmy-award winning PBS KIDS television series and website dedicated to changing the way girls think about STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math). No previous experience is necessary, and you will leave with the skills needed to work on animation at home!
