Interview with Dr. Kathleen E. Allen Dr. Kathleen E. Allen has been researching and consulting in the field of organizational development for 40 over years. She is the author of Leading from the Roots: Nature-Inspired Leadership Lessons for Today's World and will be reading excerpts and telling stories from her book at Magers and Quinn on Wednesday, September 5 at 7:00 PM. I had the privilege of working for Dr. Allen as her student assistant at the College of Saint Benedict in St. Joseph, Minnesota in the early 1990s.
